Blackout Version Support Policy

• Relativity Server 2024 requires Blackout 5.1 or above.
• Blackout 4.8 and above require SQL Server 2016 with compatibility mode set to at least 130.
• The HTML Viewer is no longer supported as of Blackout 5.1.
• Support for the Blackout Usage API RAP ended with Blackout 5.1. While the app should continue to function, future plans should include transitioning to accessing client usage via SQL.

We are committed to providing top-notch support for our software. To ensure the highest level of performance, security, and compatibility, we support the current version of Blackout and up to two versions prior to the most recent release.

• Supported Versions: We fully support the latest version of Blackout and the two preceding versions. This is currently Blackout 5.2, 5.1, and 5.0.
  
  
• Support Requests: While we are happy to assist with support requests for most versions of Blackout, please be aware that resolving certain issues may require updating to the latest version of the software.
  
  

If you are running a version older than the two most recent versions, we strongly recommend updating to the latest version to receive the full benefits of our support services. By staying up-to-date with the latest version of Blackout, you ensure that your application is equipped with the latest features, performance improvements, and security updates.
