Features
Link to Documents
Users can now navigate from a list of original values to a Saved Search displaying documents containing those values, aiding reviewers in making informed choices for normalized names. This link will be displayed in the Guided Normalizations Tab, Normalize Values Tab, Edit Normalization Modal, and Manage Normalizations Page.
Document Count and Occurrence Count
On the Manage Normalizations page, a new column now displays the number of unique documents containing the original value, catering to scenarios where Priv Log creation involves quality control. This count considers multiple name normalization projects even if it appears in different fields or projects.
Additionally, another column showcases the occurrence count, indicating how many times an original value appears across all analyzed fields, documents, and Name Normalization Projects in the workspace. This count accounts for the frequency of a value across different fields within a single document.
Filter by Normalization Project
A new filtering option has been introduced to the Manage Normalizations page. This feature allows users to refine the displayed values based on the Name Normalization Project that identified the original value.
Export Unique List of Normalizations
Users can now export a unique list of normalized names from the Manage Normalizations page. Within the existing Export drop-down button, two new options have been added Normalized Values (CSV) and Normalized Values (XLSX). This feature allows users to export a refined dataset, respecting any applied filters.
Select Field for Applying Normalizations
In the Apply Normalizations tab, users can now individually select the destination field for each normalized source value.
Bug fixes
- Fixed an issue where the count on the Guided Normalizations table will now show the correct value filtered to the current project.
- Fixed an issue that might cause the field parsing to fail when re-running analysis for a Name Normalization Project.
UI/UX Updates
- Column widths are now resizable on the Mange Normalizations Page.
- The field list now displays with spaces between the field names on the Apply Normalizations page.
- When a project is being re-analyzed, the first step is deleting the previous results. The Name Normalization Project Analysis progress bar has been updated to reflect this.
