A chart that displays the total number of documents loaded in the past 30 days in workspaces for a given client artifact ID. This chart can automatically adapt to the Relativity client artifact ID for the user viewing the chart by using the #LoggedInUserClientID# token.
This script will iterate through each workspace associated with the client ID of the user who is currently logged into Relativity and get the total document loaded into that workspace over the last 30 days. If there are no documents loaded it will return 0 for all values.
This script can be modified to return the data for a specific Client ID be replacing the #LoggedInUserClientID# token with a specific client artifact ID.
The following example shows a bar chart with several workspaces that had 2500 documents loaded into it recently. An advanced user can modify this chart to change the number of days prior the script returns.
This SQL script is compatible with the following chart types:
- Bar Chart
- Table Chart
Where to Use
This script should only be used in the admin level Broadcast tab.
How to Use
This chart is usable out of the box. Save the attached script and copy and paste it into either a bar or table chart in the admin level Broadcast tab.
